This Privacy Policy explains how Rapid Injection LLC ("Rapid Injection," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through rapidinjection.com. It also describes our treatment of mobile information used for account authentication in connection with affiliated services, including Pavement Layers and ProSiteAudit. An individual service may provide additional privacy notices that apply to its users.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:

How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
- deliver user-requested, transactional security codes and help protect affiliated service accounts;
- detect fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile numbers used for authentication are used only to provide transactional account-security messages, protect accounts, and maintain appropriate security records. We do not sell mobile information or SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers, telecommunications carriers, and verification providers solely as necessary to deliver a requested authentication message, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Consent to receive authentication messages is not consent to receive marketing messages.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that help us host, secure, communicate, and provide authentication services; to professional advisers working under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We require service providers to use information only for the services they perform for us.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website and our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law and legitimate security or recordkeeping requirements. You may stop authentication text messages as described in our Terms; doing so may prevent use of SMS as an authentication method.
